If you have a suppressed immune system, are feeling unwell, or have family members or housemates who are unwell, please remember to receive Holy Communion in the hand only. (We have been advised that the transfer of germs is more likely when Communion is administered on the tongue because of contact with saliva) , we would ask that you also refrain from receiving the Precious Blood. The Sign of Peace may be offered as a nod or verbal greeting. Hand sanitizers are available on the tables in the back of the church and in the sacristy for all and in particular for the use of the lay ministers prior to Mass.
